Critical to note, NAF's research-based principles are, with all due credit, due in large part to the sound principles derived from the work of Dr. Joel Fuhrman's body of work, as well as Dr. Michael Klaper and Dr. Alan Goldhamer.

The other ways we raise nutritional awareness is with custom made foods



Throughout the course of our engagement with the public it became clear to us at NAF that there is a strong lag between the idea that food with no SOS (Added Salt, Sugar, Oil) have no flavor. This actually becomes a larger impediment to addressing the paradigm of the current thinking. As advocates for the long term sustained ability for the public to continually want to engage in a more nutritionally aware lifestyle, we realized that what we do in the NAF kitchen - primarily learning how to prepare foods with no added salt sugar or oil... and instead use foods that have an even better sweeting and tasty effect that our found in regular vegetables and fruits.


WE Do this primarily via offering our samples of dressings, hummus, soups, and salads, and our well known 'broccoli jerky' at our public appearances, and we make only fresh and to order.
